product review: Paper Bag, pembungkus yang trendy

Several days ago, my wife was contacted by her old friend, that want to order paper bag to my wife. Although me and my wife have been long enough on printing business, we haven't producing paper bag. So, I try to finding information about paper bag, it's material and it's cost production.

The material usually paper, but sometimes from semi-hard plastic. But for our need, we'll investigate about paper material. Paper used are no less that 100gsm (if less, it will tend to ripped). There's several kind of paper, i.e. art paper, ivory, duplex (marga), samson, kraft, etc. Final size also many, from 10 x 13 cm to 30 x 40 cm. The paper can be printed by printing machine (like oliver, toko, hamada, etc), or by sablon (manual printing), or with printer (if less capacity, no more that 200 pcs.), or with docucolor (press quality with low quantity, but the price is rather expensive).
On average, final price of one paper bag (say with 25×30x8 cm size), with samson paper, and quantity 150 pcs, the price is Rp. 2000. It's with computer-printer printing. If we use full-color docucolor printer and ivory paper (more expensive and smooth), as I'll design and producing tomorrow, the price is doubled (approximately 4500 to 5000 rupiahs).
If we have preparing paper material, we can finishing its shape ourselves, or we can ordered it to finishing shop. On my case, I'll ordered to Chc grafika, that charge me 900 to 1000 rupiah per piece. On the future, I'll try to finishing myself, especially if the deadline is tight.
